• Prices shown are starting prices per night and may vary by date, occupancy and number of guests. The valid price is the one stated in your confirmation.
• Amounts shown in foreign currency are approximate; the reference price is in Turkish lira.
• For reservations based on obvious price or typing errors, the correct price will be communicated to you; if you do not accept it, the reservation is cancelled free of charge.

2. Reservation Requests

Requests made via phone, WhatsApp or the form are not confirmed reservations until confirmed by the hotel. Our Terms of Stay & Cancellation Policy and Distance Sales Agreement apply.

3. Intellectual Property

All text, photos, logos and designs on the site belong to Bakırköy Hotels or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without permission.

4. Links

The site may link to our hotels' official websites, maps, social media and third-party services. Their owners are responsible for their content and practices.

5. Liability

We take reasonable care to keep the site running without interruption or error, but accept no liability, to the extent permitted by law, for damages arising from technical failures, maintenance or third-party service outages.
