Terms of Stay & Cancellation Policy

The following terms apply to all stays at Zeugma Suit Hotel and Des Suit Hotel (Bakırköy Hotels). By confirming your reservation you accept these terms. For bookings made via online travel agencies (Booking.com etc.), the platform's cancellation and payment terms take precedence.

1. Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in: from 14:00 · Check-out: by 12:00
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur a charge. Please let us know in advance.
  • All guests must present a valid ID or passport at check-in, as required by Turkish Identity Notification Law No. 1774. Check-in cannot be completed without ID.

2. Reservations

  • Requests made via the "Call now" and "Message on WhatsApp" buttons are reservation requests. A reservation is confirmed once the hotel confirms the price and dates to you.
  • Prices shown are starting prices per night, including VAT and accommodation tax. They may vary by date, occupancy and number of guests; the valid price is the one stated in your confirmation.
  • The number of guests may not exceed the room capacity.

3. Payment

  • Payment is made by the method stated in your confirmation (cash / credit card at the hotel or bank transfer).
  • For peak periods and extra services such as room decoration, a deposit may be requested to confirm the reservation; this is clearly stated when booking.
  • No card details are collected on our website. Please ignore any message asking for your card details.

4. Cancellation and Changes

  • Cancellations and date changes made up to 48 hours before the arrival date are free of charge; any deposit is refunded in full or transferred to the new dates.
  • For cancellations within 48 hours of arrival and for no-shows, the first night's rate is charged or deducted from the deposit.
  • Refunds for unused nights in case of early departure are at the hotel's discretion.
  • Please send cancellation and change requests by phone, WhatsApp or in writing to info@bakirkoyhotels.com.
  • For promotional / non-refundable rates, the special conditions stated at booking apply.

5. Room Decoration and Extra Services

  • The room decoration package is a one-time extra service and is not included in the room rate. Contents and current price are shown on the room pages.
  • Please request room decoration at least 24 hours before arrival so it can be prepared.
  • Extra services that have already been prepared may not be refundable if cancelled.

6. House Rules

  • In accordance with Turkish Law No. 4207, smoking and e-cigarettes are not permitted in rooms or indoor areas.
  • Please keep quiet between 23:00 and 08:00 out of respect for other guests.
  • Only registered guests may stay in the rooms.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • In rooms with a jacuzzi, please follow the usage instructions and never leave children unattended in the jacuzzi.
  • Damage to the room or hotel property caused by the guest will be charged at cost.
  • Please do not leave valuables unattended; the hotel is not liable for items not deposited at reception.

7. Children

Pricing and extra bed options for children depend on the room type; please state the number and ages of children when booking.
